I help organizations create digital products that truly work. With over 10 years of experience, I move seamlessly between strategy and execution, defining vision, setting direction, and working through the technical and UX details with engineers and designers.

Currently I lead the product vision of NS Go, the platform that makes sustainable business mobility simple. By connecting HR, payroll and mobility data, we make mobility effortless for employees and compliant for HR.

In the past I’ve worked with brands like IKEA Family, Wehkamp, Zilveren Kruis and many others, simplifying complex ecosystems, designing digital products and driving outcomes for both users and organizations.

I believe in pragmatic honesty & guided freedom, whether it’s coaching teams, challenging assumptions or shaping vision into tangible products that deliver real value.

In my free time I like being outdoors, bouldering and building side-projects.
